| Flon Holdings was established by Dr. Fuqing Qian, the pioneer of Chinese orthopedic industry and the vice chairman of China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI). The history of Flon Holdings traces back to 1986 with the founding of Trauson Medical Instrument Company and Plusrite Electric by Dr. Qian. Under his management, Trauson Medical went public on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2010, and it became the first Chinese orthopedic medical device manufacturer listed on the SEHK. In January 2013, Trauson was wholly acquired by Stryker, which offered Flon Holdings a solid capital injection and exceptional future growth potential.
Through thirty years exploration, innovation, and creation, Flon Holdings has built its comprehensive business ecosystem. There are five industries in Flon’s system, and they are the medical instruments, lighting electronics, biomaterials, environmental technology, and venture capital investments. Flon Holdings wholly or partially owned more than twenty subsidiaries, and their offices spread across America, Europe, Australia, Mideast, and Southeast Asia. Flon Holdings, located near the beautiful West Taihu Lake, covers an area of 92 acres. The 400,000 square meters of construction area consists of 230,000 square meters production plants and 120,000 square meters research and development facilities.
